NEW FEATURES 

Many users of A/R Invoices bill for multiple divisions or departments. Billing Addresses allows you to save information for these departments including remit addresses, logos, and notes for preparers and payment terms. From the A/R Invoice Forms report, you can pull an issuing department’s information onto the invoices being created. A new button in the notes area allows you to save batch notes to the Billing Address being used right from the form, so you don’t have to go into the master to make edits.

 In other User news, WinCAMS now supports Single Sign-On, so you don’t have to keep typing your username and password every time you start up. You’re already logged into your PC – we can use your Windows credentials to log you into WinCAMS and streamline your experience. Click the “Set Up SSO” button from your login screen to set it up or contact us if you don’t see the option and would like to activate it.
