Public Facility Funds
WinCAMS Public Facility module assists in managing collected monies from property owners who live in areas of new development (e.g. new Subdivisions) and are required to pay their fair share of new infrastructure investments such as traffic signals, etc. Any funds remaining after work is completed must be returned to same property owners.
Public Facility Revenues and Expenses are tracked at two levels:
- Fund / Org – summary totals
- APN NO (Tax Lot No) – detail
Public Facility module provides a special Journal program that allows for processing of the following Transaction types:
- Beginning Balance
- Expenditures
- Fee Income
- Interest Income
- Other Income
- Refunds
- Transfers
