WinCAMS Service Requests module provides both Service Requests and PM Services options:
- Service Requests: new Maintenance work requests are captured in Service Requests that can be tracked, printed out as Work Order forms, and program computes costs of completing the Service Request (i.e. Labor, Equipment, Materials, etc.)
- PM Services: recurring, scheduled maintenance events can be set up as PM Services with a repeat schedule: e.g. every 3 months, or every 2 years, etc.) – system generates new Service Requests at the appropriate times.
