Travel Requests

WinCAMS Travel Requests module assists in tracking all Travel Requests submitted by employees.

For each installed Travel Request the program tracks and reports:

• General information: Traveler, Destination, Dates: From / To, Purpose of Trip, and Estimated Costs, etc.

Once the Travel has been completed the program displays Actual Costs of each Travel Requests (interfaced from Direct Charges module). Reports are available to monitor Total Estimated Costs and Total Actual Costs for all completed Travel Requests.
