Sanitary Sewer Module

WinCAMS Sanitary Sewer module assists in keeping track of all Assets that are part of the county / city-wide Sanitary Sewer system: this includes Line Segments, Pump Stations, Catch Basins, Manholes, etc.

The following Sanitary Sewer Assets are tracked in detail:

• Vertical Nodes (e.g. Catch Basin)
  • Type of Node
  • Year Installed, Material Type, etc.
  • Location
    • Road and nearest Milepost
    • NAD 83 coordinates
    • GPS Coordinates
    • Location Description
  • Costs of Maintenance & Repair: Labor, Equipment, Materials, Overhead, Other/Warrants, and related Project costs
  • Attributes
    • Cautions
    • Conditions
    • Recommendations
  • Maintenance Schedule: recurring Maintenance Activities with a repeat interval (e.g. every 3 months, or every 2 tears).
  • Value and Depreciation history
  • Connections: identifies all system nodes that are connected to current node
  • Linked Files: attach any document, spreadsheet, map, etc. for future reference
